Meet Kirk Williams
Kirk is a consultant Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS).
With extensive experience and years of training in both public and private sectors, he is a highly compassionate surgeon, who is deeply committed to his patients and takes great pride in their successful outcomes.
Kirk’s primary areas of interest within the broader field of plastic surgery include all skin cancers, hand surgery, rhinoplasty, cleft lip and palate, and other facial surgery.
Kirk qualified from medical school at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2001, having previously received his B.A. in German literature from Vanderbilt University. He also studied at the University of Regensburg in Germany. Kirk's cleft surgery training was completed in Auckland, Oslo, Norway, and Dublin, Ireland.
Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Kirk settled with his family in Christchurch in 2005, attracted to the amazing beauty of New Zealand!
Since 2017 Kirk has been a member of Interplast, an NGO charity which sends plastic surgeons to the Asia-Pacific to perform life changing surgery. Kirk works for Interplast in the Solomon Islands on a yearly basis and is also a board member of The New Zealand Association of Plastic Surgery.
Outside of work he enjoys time with his family exploring New Zealand’s great outdoors, fly fishing, natural history and antique restoration.

Robyn is committed to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring efficient practice management.
Outside of work, she enjoys weekends away in Kaikoura with her family, spending time with her grandchildren and keeping busy in the garden.

Julia is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 8 years of experience in theatre and practice nursing.
She holds a Bachelor in Nursing from Christchurch polytechnic and is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Julia’s goal is to empower patients through education and support while staying committed to lifelong learning and professional development.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, staying healthy and keeping active.

Nicole Boyd
REGISTERED NURSE
Nicole is a registered nurse, specialised in intraoperative paediatrics.
She has worked alongside Kirk Williams in orofacial cleft lip and palate reconstruction at Christchurch Public Hospital, for the past four years.
She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and is passionate about delivering care that blends clinical expertise with empathy. Nicole is driven by a commitment to patient recovery through informed support and collaboration, and values staying current with healthcare developments.
Outside of work, she enjoys creative pursuits, being in the garden, and catching up with friends over a matcha.
